
Lemon Grass Ice Cream
Serves 1 & possibly more
6 Egg Yolks
3/4 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
3 cups Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Milk
1 stalk Fresh Lemon Grass
Combine and mix in a bowl, the egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla.
In a saucepan over moderate heat, combine the cream, lemon grass and milk and bring to a full boil, then slowly pour, while stirring, into the egg yolk mixture. Chill mixture completely. Follow ice cream makers instructions for processing.
