February 11th at 5:00pm

VALENTINES DAY DINNER
On this special evening let Chefs Don and Katherine prepare a special four course meal for you and that special someone. They will start with Pork and Shrimp Balls dressed with a Hoisin Sauce. They will then serve their Firehouse salad, with chocolate of course. The entrée will be a spicy grilled Chicken Breast with a Cherry Chocolate sauce; this will be accompanied with creamy mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. The final course will be the Firehouse Gourmets’ Chocolate Crème Brulee. All courses will be served with fine wines.

March 3rd at 5:00pm

CREOLE DINNER
Come join Chefs Don and Katherine for a night of Creole dining. We will explore two of New Orleans’ main dishes; Red Beans and Rice and Shrimp Etouffe will be served with beers paired just for Creole cuisine and accompanied with cornbread.

BRUNCH
Come and enjoy Brunch with Chefs Don and Katherine.  While you enjoy a Firehouse Adult Shirley Temple, they will prepare Carrot Cake Pancakes with Maple Cream Cheese Drizzle and Toasted Pecans and Pain Perdue with Peaches and Vanilla Butter.

FOOD AND BEER
At this event you will enjoy a Firehouse Steak Sandwich, Beer and Butter Shrimp, and Guinness Ice Cream. Brother Tom will also match some great beers to these dishes and he will have his own beer out for tasting.

May 5th at 5:00pm

COOKING WITH TEQUILA
Come enjoy Chef Don’s famous margaritas while he and Chef Katherine show you how to incorporate tequila into dishes. We will start with Creamy Tequila Corn Chowder, then do Margarita Chicken, and finish up with a bowl of Fettuccine with a Red Pepper Tequila Sauce.  During all of this Chef Don will cover the types and qualities of tequila. If interested, vertical and horizontal tastings are available for an additional $10.00.

May 19th at 5:00pm

COOKING WITH WINE
At this event Chefs Don and Katherine combine wine with food to create three great dishes. You will be served Mushroom Risotto with Lemongrass and Ginger, Seared Peppercorn and Spice-crusted Rib-Eye with Roquefort and Walnuts, and Spiced Berry cup with Pinot Noir Syrup and Star Anise Ice Cream.

June 9th at 5:00pm

SUMMER FUN
So for that warm summer afternoon or evening let Chefs Don and Katherine show you how to prepare Summer comfort food. We will prepare a Beef and Horseradish Salad, a Shrimp Wrap and Roll, and we will enjoy all of this with a Vodka Blackberry Sorbet and wines.

THE SANDWICH
If you have been looking for the perfect sandwich then this class is for you. Chefs Don and Katherine will share two of their favorites, the Muffaletta, and a Mortadella and Cheese Panini. We will also be serving up a side of Firehouse Cole Slaw and serving beer or wine.

June 30th at 1:00pm

COOKING WITH SMOKE AND FIRE
Chefs Don and Katherine will cover the cooking methods of Smoking, Grilling, and Barbequing. We will start with a smoked Jamaican Chicken, we will do a western Kentucky Pork Barbeque, and we will make and grill up some pizzas. Brother Tom will be serving up some great beers along with his home brew.

July 14th at 5:00pm

WINE AND CIGAR DINNER
Join Chefs Don and Katherine for a fun filled evening as he pairs up his firehouse style cuisine dinner with the wines of HOOK & LADDER Winery and two choice cigars. The evening begins with Artisan Cheeses, cigar, and wine by the pond and progresses to a sumptuous three course dinner, consisting of Garlic Soup with Artichoke Toast Point, an Entrée of Smoked Tri Tip with two sides.  This will be served at the main table. The third course, Apricot Gingerbread Upside Down Cake, with wine, and cigar will finish the evening at the fire pit.
