• Class size is a minimum of nine students and a maximum of 13 students.
  
  
• Classes are offered on Saturday evenings at 5:00 p.m. and Saturday afternoons at 1:00 p.m.
  
  
• Students receive recipes, instruction in cooking terms and professional techniques, and enjoy the gourmet creations with wine or appropriate matched beverage.
  
  
• Students can sit back, watch, listen, take notes, or bring an apron and enjoy a hands-on experience.
  
  
• Classes are conducted at the chef’s home in his state of the art professional kitchen in a relaxed informal atmosphere while teaching you to recreate your chosen gourmet dishes.
  
  
• Classes range from $55 to $75. (Specialty classes may be more.)

To make a reservation, please forward your check to Firehouse Gourmet 1450 Pegaso, Encinitas, CA 92024 at least 72 hours in advance of the class date and state which date and class you are requesting.

Your check is 100% refundable upon notification of cancellation 48 hours before the class.
